The birth of this commercial building close to Rieti, north of Rome, is ancient, 13th century, when Cistercian monks decided to build the abbey. Through the years the property was the residence of cardinals, imperators and princes.
The planimetry is pretty complex.
On two underground floors there are some basement rooms.
On the ground floor the church unfolds 16 meters high and the remaining section is divided on 5 floors.
The big tower, useful for defense on ancient times, was turned into flats with multi function penthouse on the top.
The complex looks more like a castle than a monastery; it can be used for organizing all sort of big events like weddings, catering, business meeting with all facilities included.
A big indoor parking lot of 940 sqm was built; it can double the space outdoor on the covered ground.
Swimming pool and helicopter area will be built soon.
